February 16th, 2021, Felix Bendersky, owner of F+B Hospitality Brokerage was quoted in the Daily Mail in an article that highlights a study done by The New York City Hospitality Alliance that revealed on Tuesday that 92% of the city's restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and event venues were unable to pay their full rent in December.
