August 2026, F+B Hospitality Brokerage's, Felix Bendersky, was quoted in NBC News in their article, "In Miami, a tale of two economies".
Felix Bendersky, principal owner at F + B Hospitality Leasing, said Miami cannot shake its
status as a seasonal destination. A seemingly annual summer culling of restaurants and retail that no longer cater to the local population now takes place, he said.
“As much as we might try to deny it, we’re still not a 12-month-a-year city,” Bendersky said.
