Whether you like plain, with guava marmalade or with pickles, thanks to the team at F+B Hospitality Brokerage the amazing variety of bagels and fills will be more accesible for all those who pass by MiMo district or drive from Broward for a bacon-full breakfast.
As the The Real Deal article reports, the lease signed by the popular food truck is a 1,250 square foot space located at 6910 Biscayne Boulevard and will be open as soon as May 2019.
The new locale will have indoor and patio seating for their costumers (Miami Herald) and a L-shape counter to attend those undecided bagel sandwich lovers while they read the extensive menu that goes from bacon, egg and cheese to wasabi creme cheese, cucumber and salmon rose.
Even though they will officially open a brick and mortar outpost they will continue running the El Bagel food truck on the weekends, at Boxelder Saturdays and Vice City Bean coffee shop Sundays (Miami Herald).
Zachary Fagenson, Miami New Times editor, talked with the creator: "We'll be able to expand the menu a little bit to do catering and dozens, and we'll be open five or six days a week," Koche says. "I want to do more seasonal stuff, mix around with some cream cheeses, add some new bagels to the menu. I want to do an onion bagel. I want to do an egg bagel. And we'll be able to obviously make a lot more bagels than we make now."
F+B Hospitality team also represented Oh My Gosh Brigadeiros, a Brazilian pastry shop that inked a 5-year lease in the same plaza as El Bagel.
