The Weekly Dish: Host Restaurants inks second Delray lease, Oasis Wynwood unveils restaurant lineup

March 16th, 2021, Felix Bendersky, owner of F+B Hospitality Brokerage was mentioned in The Real Deal in an article highlighting several new restaurants opening throughout South Florida, including the official announcement that Shoma Bazaar is fully leased.


Jason Sims, F+B's VP of Business Development is mentioned for closing a deal in Delray Beach where the previous tenant, Banyan Restaurant & Bar was located. Jason Sims of F+B represented Host Restaurants, and Christian Prakas of Prakas & Co. represented the landlord.

Host Restaurants | Delray Beach New York-based restaurant group Host Restaurants inked another lease in Delray Beach. The company is taking 1,300 square feet at 189 Northeast Second Avenue, plus a roughly 1,000-square-foot patio, according to Felix Bendersky of F+B Hospitality Leasing.


The space was previously leased to Banyan Restaurant & Bar. Jason Sims of F+B represented Host Restaurants, and Christian Prakas of Prakas & Co. represented the landlord."


Shoma Bazaar | Doral

The 14,000-square-foot food hall at Shoma Group’s Sanctuary at Doral project is fully leased, according to Felix Bendersky, whose F+B Hospitality Brokerage handled the lease-up.


Shoma Bazaar’s tenants include: In Ramen, Pubbelly, Ella’s Oyster Bar, Tributto Specialty Coffee, Sweet Manifesto, Ash Pizza, Trattoria Dal Plin, Eating House, Doce Provisions, Shahs of Kebab, Market Milkshake Bar, Juice & Java, and BFF Burgers, Franks, Fries.
